About Me

My name is Jaideep Kang, and I have been in the real estate industry for a long time, since I come from a real estate family background. Ever since I professionally started doing real estate myself, I have helped countless number of clients sell or buy their homes. I am a Canadian born realtor, but my parents are immigrants, so I understand both aspects and views of life. Growing up in an immigrant household I know how valuable a home is, and the value it brings to a family and in a capital gain standpoint. On the other hand, growing up in Canada I know what the new trends are for young families or clients that are just getting into the real estate world. Being a university student at one point in my life, I know the costs and debt a student has and how hard it can be to own a house, BUT IT CAN BE DONE.

I personally consider all my clients like family. I always try to have the best possible relationship with everyone I work with because I know how sensitive and emotional it can be to buy or sell a home.
